Woodminster Management is a boutique, family-owned firm that's been managing residential rentals across Oakland and the East Bay since 1999. We currently manage roughly 150 to 170 units across Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro, Alameda, Richmond, and Piedmont.

Our founder, Nicholas Drobocky, is an Oakland native, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and he's still the person you'll talk to when you call. We built this business around one idea: you should be able to leave the area and not worry about your property.

From here, we run everything. Rent collection, maintenance, tenant communications, compliance monitoring, and monthly financial reporting through your owner portal. You check in when you want. Or don't. That's the whole point.
